Hands-on baking workshops in small groups. Cakes, breads and biscuits adapted to coeliacs, diabetics and intolerances. You take home the recipes, the know-how and what you've baked.
Every workshop is fully hands-on. You knead, you bake, you decorate. We work with alternative flours (almond, rice, buckwheat) and natural sweeteners (date, panela, fruit) so you learn to substitute without losing flavour.
Groups of up to 8 people so we can give everyone proper attention. If you have specific allergies, we adapt the workshop menu before the day.
